When does the purchaser choose color and finishes?

Can purchasers make changes to the floorplan?

Subject to the extent of changes, if its structural related, unfortunately this can not be done. Any floorplan changes will be consulted with the Vendor.

What will be the Deposit structure?

$5,000 on Signing, balance to 5% in 30 days, 2.5% in 180 days, 2.5% in 365 days, 2.5% in 540 days, 2.5% in 730 days, 5% on Occupancy

What is the Tentative Occupancy Date?

Tentatively Fall 2027

What is Occupancy?

When you purchase a pre-construction condo, you may be able to occupy your completed unit even while the rest of the building is still under construction. This is called interim occupancy, and it can begin as soon as the building is deemed safe for occupancy by the city. A common source of confusion for condo purchasers is the difference between interim occupancy and ownership of a unit. The fact is that occupancy does not mean ownership. Your unit may be ready for you to move into, but you will not receive title to your unit until construction of the building is complete and the condominium is registered with the municipality.

Will amenities be finished and usable when I move in?

Amenities are expected to be completed within 3-6 months after occupancy starts. Outdoor amenities will likely take longer to complete as it is weather permitting and/or dependent on seasonal factors. Can I BBQ or smoke in my terrace or balcony?: No, these are considered common element area

Permitted with restrictions. General guidelines, 2 dogs, 2 cats, or 1 each)
